Our Delivery Area

Vale Oils delivers premium heating oil to homes, farms and businesses in and around the towns of Devizes and Marlborough, Wiltshire, and through the Pewsey Vale.

The map on this page shows the extent of our delivery area, which includes towns and villages such as Market Lavington, Pewsey, Burbage, Melksham, West Lavington, Tidworth, Great Bedwyn, Ogbourne St George, Compton Bassett, Heddington, Bishop Cannings, Urchfont, Seend, Calne, Upavon, Lyneham, Hungerford and
Collingbourne Ducis.

If you live a little way outside the area shown and would like to make use of our services, please give us a ring and we’ll do our best to oblige.

The reason we have confined our delivery area to a relatively small area is because we pride ourselves in offering a prompt and punctual service, and keeping things local ensures our deliveries are on time, and that we can arrange delivery flexibly at your convenience.

Regular Drivers

Our business ethos is to give our customers a personalised service that they can depend on. To this end we make sure that as far as possible your heating oil deliveries will be made by the same, regular driver who is a familiar face in the local community.

Our friendly drivers enjoy getting to know you, and it makes things much easier when they arrive at your property for a delivery and know just where it needs to go. We don’t need Google maps to find you, even if you live on a remote farm, because we’ve probably been to see you before.

The same goes for when you call us up to arrange an oil delivery. You’ll be greeted by a friendly, helpful human voice, and certainly not have to listen to hold music or pick out a number of digital options before you can place your order.

Delivery Times

We know how difficult it is to arrange your life around a fuel oil delivery. It’s an essential commodity, but nevertheless life has a tendency to get in the way and sometimes you may leave it a little late before you arrange your oil delivery and are in danger of being left high and dry.

If your need is urgent and you call for an emergency delivery, you can rely on us to get to you on the same day if possible to top up your supply. We will keep you informed of progress while we work out the logistics of arranging your rush delivery.

It was established by two experienced oil tanker drivers from Devizes who thought the area would benefit from an independent supplier who had their interests at heart, rather than having to deal with a national oil supplier with a full and busy schedule.
